Started in New York City as a mixed use owner of real estate.  As of 2005 the firm transitioned to multi-family residential buildings in New York City.  In October 2006 the firm purchased two large rent stabilized multi-family buildings, as of that point the sole focus was large rent stabilized multi-family properties in the boroughs of New York City.  After making head winds in the rent stabilized housing market, the firm stepped into the value add retail market with our first shopping center purchase in February 2013.  As of 2013 the firm’s sole focus is large value add-retail.  Focus areas: Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North & South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio.
